Japanese bakery and shop
The client saw an opportunity to tie architecture and brand together and asked for a complete package covering graphic to retail.

The site has a micro footprint and so the retail area requiring careful consideration between bakery production and customer counter service.
A strong emphasis on brand and identity was required striking a balance between traditional Japanese culture, and contemporary/playful elements.

Short-listed for Dezeen Awards 2025 for the use of Cupsan, a high density material reconstituted from recycled F&B containers.
