Set within a conservation area this Georgian built home showed great potential for a dormer extension that would increase the living space and enhance the availability of natural light.

Following a successful appeal we were able to secured planning and complete a project that maximizes the unused spaces within the house.

At its heart, a bespoke steel staircase has been precisely engineered to unlock a completely new level within the tight footprint available. The design uses colour to help consolidate the existing material palate with newer contrasting elements found in the engineered solutions.

Custom joinery compartmentalises an integrated AC system within new storage areas. Sustainably sourced cork flooring adds an acoustic barrier to the upper level ensuring the new vertical spaces don’t interfere with everyday family life.

Brand Street is a project defined by bespoke solutions where technical constraints have been met with a playful, vibrant aesthetic.
